Upper Makefield is a second-class township in Bucks County, Pa. governed by a 5-member Board of Supervisors. Under the board’s direction, township manager Stephanie Teoli manages the operation of the township and its departments, including administration, finance, building & code enforcement, public works, and public safety.

With a $24 million budget, keeping the books is no small task. Sandy Wenitsky has her eye on the budget and cash flow with support from bookkeeper Laurie Bernstein.
The monthly Budget vs. Actual Reports are posted with approved Board of Supervisors meeting minutes. Reports will be found with the minutes from the second meeting each month.
