Conrad “Bud” Baldwin has lived in Upper Makefield Township for over 3 decades. He has been extensively involved in township government in many areas, including public works, emergency management, environment, traffic, and planning. He believes in “totally open and transparent government” that is by and for the people. He was honored to receive the Township Volunteer of the Year award in 2005.
A biology teacher for 37 years, he holds a master’s degree in education from The College of New Jersey and a bachelor’s degree from Wilmington College of Ohio.
Bud has lived in the township since 1973 with his wife, Barbara. He has 2 children, Brooke and Brad, and 2 grandchildren.
