Prescription Drug Collection - Nov. 13

The Upper Makefield Township Police Department will be organizing a second prescription drug collection on Saturday, November 13, 2010, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. at the township police station.

The Upper Makefield Police Department is located at 1076 Eagle Road, Newtown, PA 18940. The police building is located behind the township's administrative offices.

September 25 Take-back Day a Success

The first collection on September 25 resulted in collection of:

  • 103 pounds at the CVS site in Wrightstown
  • 850 pounds total in Bucks County
  • 1,750 pounds total in the 5-county metropolitan area
  • 7 tons total in Pennsylvania
